37Revocation of exemption

  1. The chief executive of the key agency that granted an exemption may revoke it at any time without notice.

  2. A chief executive may revoke an exemption only if the chief executive—

  3. becomes aware that the person has been charged with, or convicted of, a specified offence; or
    1. is satisfied on reasonable grounds that the person would pose an undue risk to the safety of children if employed or engaged as a core worker.
