12Objective of Commission

  1. In performing its functions and exercising its powers under this Act, the Commission’s objective is to achieve the purposes in section 3(a) and (b) by—

  2. preventing and addressing threats to integrity in sport and organised physical recreation; and
    1. promoting participants’ trust and confidence in integrity within the sport and physical recreation sector.
