25Application of anti-doping rules amended or replaced

  1. If the anti-doping rules are replaced,—

  2. the replacement anti-doping rules apply to any organisation to which, or individual to whom, the replaced anti-doping rules applied immediately before the replacement; and
    1. the organisation or individual is not required to take steps to agree to the replacement anti-doping rules.
