44Sharing of evidence and information by Customs, Police, and others

  1. A Police employee, a Customs officer, or any other person may provide evidence or information to the Commission if that person believes that the evidence or information may assist the Commission—

  2. in complying with or implementing the anti-doping rules or an integrity code; or
    1. in an investigation under section 31 or 32.
