52Commission must report on use of power to require information or documents

  1. The Commission must include the following information in its annual report under section 150 of the Crown Entities Act 2004:

  2. each instance where the Commission has used a power conferred under section 19(3)(e)(i) or 23(4)(a), or the power under section 34; and
    1. a description of the individual or organisation from whom the information or documents were requested (in a form that does not identify any individual); and
      1. whether the information or documents were provided; and
        1. if the information or documents were not provided, what, if any, enforcement action was taken and the outcome of that enforcement action.
