The law is changing to update the functions of a group called the Tribunal. You will see changes to what the Tribunal can do, including looking at disputes about integrity codes. The Tribunal can also hear appeals about decisions made by disciplinary panels or bodies.

When the Tribunal is making decisions, it will consider anti-doping rules and integrity codes, not just rules. You can find more information about this in section 38(a) of the law. The Tribunal's job is getting updated to include new tasks.

The Tribunal can now hear appeals about decisions made under the Integrity Sport and Recreation Act 2023, and decisions made by organisations that have integrity codes. The Tribunal will also consider New Zealand or the Integrity Sport and Recreation Commission when making decisions. This change is happening to section 38(d) of the law.
