Financial Service Providers (Registration and Dispute Resolution) Act 2008

Dispute resolution - Approval of dispute resolution schemes - Annual reports and information requests by Minister

68: Annual report

You could also call this:

“A yearly report about how problems were solved is given to an important government person”

Every year, someone is in charge of a special plan that helps solve problems. This plan is called an approved dispute resolution scheme. After the money year for this plan ends, the person in charge has three months to write a report. This report goes to the Minister, who is an important person in the government. The report must include specific information about how the plan worked during that year. The law says what information needs to be in the report.
