32Search purposes

  1. The register may be searched for the following purposes:

  2. by an individual, or a person with the consent of the individual, for the purpose of searching for information about that individual in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020:
    1. by a person for a purpose referred to in section 26:
      1. by a person for the purpose of advising another person in connection with any of the purposes referred to in this section.
