69Person responsible for approved dispute resolution scheme must supply further information on Minister’s request

  1. The person responsible for an approved dispute resolution scheme must supply to the Minister—

  2. any further information requested by the Minister about the information that is required by regulations to be in an annual report; and
    1. any information requested by the Minister about the scheme's compliance with the principles listed in section 52(2).
      1. In supplying the information to the Minister, the person must disclose personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and protect information that is subject to an obligation of confidentiality.
