You have rights to a work under the Copyright Act 1994. These rights apply to the whole work or a substantial part of it, as stated in section 94 or section 105. You also have rights under other parts of the Act, like section 98, section 102, section 103, and section 104, which apply to the whole or any part of a work. These rights are about things like stopping people from treating your work in a way that harms your reputation. They are also about making sure people do not falsely claim to have created your work or pretend your work is something it is not. You have these rights whether someone uses your whole work or just a part of it.
