146Protection of persons acting under authority of Act

  1. Neither the Crown nor the chief executive nor any Customs officer nor any person who assists a Customs officer shall be liable for any loss or damage occasioned by anything done or omitted to be done or purporting to have been done in the exercise of any power, duty, or function under this Part or any regulations made under this Act for the purposes of this Part, unless the chief executive or any Customs officer or any person who assists a Customs officer has not acted in good faith.
