Repealed The rights conferred by this Part are independent of—
- any copyright in, or moral rights conferred by Part 4 and relating to, any work performed or any sound recording or film of, or communication work that includes, the performance; and
- any other right or obligation arising otherwise than under this Part.
The rights conferred by this Part on a performer are conferred only in relation to performances by that performer, whether alone or with others.
