179Recording of communication works by educational establishment

  1. A recording of a communication work, or a copy of such a recording, may be made by or on behalf of an educational establishment for the educational purposes of that establishment without infringing any of the rights conferred by subparts 2 to 4 in relation to any performance or recording included in the recording or copy.
