Building Societies Act 1965

Register of building societies

121F: Inspection of register

You could also call this:

“You can check information about building societies”

You can look at registered documents or information about them if you want to. These are part of a register for building societies. If you want to see these things, you might have to pay a fee. The fee amount, if there is one, is set by the government. You can look at the actual document that was registered, or you can see details about the document in an electronic register. This means you have two ways to get the information you need.
