Building Societies Act 1965

Register of building societies

121E: Alterations to register

You could also call this:

“Registrar can fix or update the list of building societies”

You should know that the Registrar can change the register of building societies. The Registrar can do this for two reasons. First, if something in the register needs to be updated. Second, if there’s a clear mistake or something missing that needs to be fixed. The Registrar has to be sure that the change is needed before making it.
