16Appeal against refusal to register
If the Registrar refuses to register the rules, the society may submit the rules to a Judge of the High Court, together with a statement in writing of the reasons assigned by the Registrar for his or her refusal, whereupon the Judge may, if he or she thinks fit, direct the Registrar to register the rules.
