Building Societies Act 1965

Dissolution and winding up

121: Provision as to terminating societies

You could also call this:

"Rules for ending special societies that are meant to finish at a certain time"

If you're part of a terminating society, you should know that the rules about dissolving and winding up societies still apply to your society. However, these rules won't stop your society from ending when it's supposed to. A terminating society is a special kind of society that's meant to end when a certain thing happens. The law says that even though there are rules about how societies end, your terminating society can still finish up when it's meant to.
