125: Cancellation of registration at request of society

You can ask the Registrar to cancel a society's registration if you want to. The Registrar might agree to do this if they think it's okay. You need to show the Registrar that you really want this to happen. The Registrar will tell you how to prove this. This is not the only way to cancel a society's registration. 125Cancellation of registration at request of society

  1. Without prejudice to section 124, the Registrar may, if he or she thinks fit, cancel the registration of a society at the society's request, evidenced in such manner as the Registrar may direct.
