34Application for permit
A person may apply to the Director-General for a permit authorising the person to undertake a prohibited activity within a protected area.
An application for a permit must be made in a form approved by the Director-General and include—
- the applicant’s name and contact details; and
- a description of the proposed activity; and
- the anticipated effects of the proposed activity.
The Director-General may reject an application for a permit on the basis that inadequate information has been provided.
