61How infringement notice may be served

  1. An infringement notice (or a copy of it) may be served on the person who the ranger believes is committing or has committed the infringement offence by—

  2. delivering it to the person; or
    1. sending it to the person by prepaid post addressed to the person's last known place of residence or place of business.
      1. An infringement notice (or a copy of it) sent by post to a person under subsection (1)(b) is to be treated as having been served on the person when it was posted.
