21: Submissions to Authority

You can make written submissions to the Authority about how it does its job under this Act. The Authority considers what people get paid or what superannuation they get, and you might be able to have a say in this. You can do this if you are one of the people affected, or if you represent a group of people affected, or if you are an employer of people affected.

You can make written submissions and also oral submissions if you want to, but the Authority decides when and where you can do this. The Authority will listen to submissions from people like you, or from organisations that represent you, or from your employer. This includes organisations that represent your employer, or your employer themselves, and they can send someone to represent them.
