30Other enactments not to prevail

  1. Notwithstanding any provision of any other Act authorising any person or body to fix any remuneration or allowance, as from the commencement of this Act, any remuneration or allowance which the Authority has jurisdiction to determine by virtue of this Act or any other enactment shall be fixed by that Authority and not otherwise.
