Every licensing authority shall keep at his office a register of the licences issued by the authority under this Act, and such other registers and records as may be prescribed.
Any person may have access to the register of licences for the purpose of inspection during the hours and upon the days appointed by regulations made under this Act or, if no such times are so appointed, at all reasonable times.
