You can apply for the Minister's consent by verification. You do this by lodging your application with the Director-General. The Director-General checks if your application is complete. The Director-General must decide if your application complies with the rules within a certain time. This happens before the Minister considers your application under section 22D. You can find more information about this in section 22D. Your application must have all the required information and be in the correct form. This form is specified in section 21(2) and the rules. The Director-General may send you an invoice for any fees related to your application.
