76AOffences in relation to authorised prescribers and delegated prescribers

  1. Every pharmacist, person licensed to operate a pharmacy, or operator or manager of a pharmacy commits an offence against this Act who gives, offers, or agrees to give to any authorised prescriber or to any delegated prescriber or to any other person any money or other consideration as a commission on prescriptions.
