If you want to run a product stewardship scheme, you can apply to the Minister for accreditation. You must make your application in writing, and you may need to include certain information or pay a fee. You will also need to explain how your scheme meets the requirements for accreditation, which are outlined in section 14.

You should think about whether you will need special regulations to make your scheme work, which are explained in section 22 or section 23. You must include evidence that the people involved in your scheme agree to it. This evidence is important to show that everyone is on board with your scheme.
