99Nominations before commencement of this Part must be treated as complying with section 93

  1. This section applies to any process undertaken before the commencement of this Part—

  2. in the manner set out in section 93(2); and
    1. for the purpose of receiving nominations for members of the Board.
      1. For the purposes of this Act, the process must be treated as complying with section 93.
