The Inspector-General can talk to people in other countries who do similar work. You can think of these people as being in charge of checking how the military works in their own countries. The Inspector-General can ask them about things that are related to their job. The Inspector-General can also share information with these people if they think it's necessary. This means they can give them documents or tell them things that will help with their discussion. The Inspector-General is allowed to do this as long as they follow the rules in section 35.
