35Protection of material disclosed by Inspector-General to others

  1. Before disclosing information, a document, or another thing under section 10, 15(1)(c), or 26, the Inspector-General must—

  2. confirm that the recipient has appropriate arrangements in place to keep it secure in accordance with protective security requirements; and
    1. consult the Chief of Defence Force if the information, document, or other thing—
      1. was provided by the Defence Force; and
        1. is sensitive or is subject to an obligation of secrecy or non-disclosure.
