You can see a report on a website after the Inspector-General sends it and decides its security level under section 19. The Inspector-General puts the report on a public website as soon as they can. They might also send the report to a Minister whose work is related to the report. The Inspector-General cannot publish or send a report if it would break its security rules or if it has sensitive information. If they cannot publish a report, they publish a summarised version instead. This version must not have sensitive information and must be unclassified. If the Inspector-General cannot send a report to a Minister, they might send a summarised version. This version must be unclassified, but it can be sent to the Minister. You can see the summarised report on the public website.
