42Right of response

  1. The Inspector-General must not, in a report of an investigation, make a comment, finding, or recommendation that affects a person without providing them with—

  2. adequate notice of the material that the Inspector-General proposes to rely on in making the comment, finding, or recommendation; and
    1. an opportunity to be heard.
