71Hours during which broadcast of election programmes prohibited

  1. A television broadcaster may not broadcast election programmes—

  2. during the hours between 6 am and noon on—
    1. Sunday; or
      1. Anzac Day; or
      2. on—
        1. Christmas Day; or
          1. Good Friday; or
            1. Easter Sunday.
            2. A radio broadcaster may not broadcast election programmes on—

            3. Christmas Day; or
              1. Good Friday; or
                1. Easter Sunday.
