You get some money to help pay for election programmes and advertisements. You must give the Electoral Commission all your accounts and any other information they need within 50 working days after the election. The Electoral Commission will pay your accounts from the money they got. If you send your accounts late, the Electoral Commission cannot pay them from your allocated money. The Electoral Commission will pay the accounts they approve from the money they received under section 74(1). Any money left over must be repaid to the Crown. You must follow the rules to get your money. The Electoral Commission has to pay the accounts they think are okay. They use the money from section 79 to pay your accounts.
