53CConsultation

  1. Te Reo Whakapuaki Irirangi shall, in the exercise of its functions under section 53B, consult from time to time with representatives of Maori interests, broadcasters, persons who transmit on demand, and others, being in each case persons or representatives who can, in the opinion of Te Reo Whakapuaki Irirangi, assist in the development of Te Reo Whakapuaki Irirangi's funding policies.
