When you make a complaint to the Authority, certain rules apply. These rules are from the Commissions of Inquiry Act 1908, specifically sections 4B, 4C, 4D, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9. The Authority must follow these rules when considering your complaint, as if they were a special group set up to investigate, under the Commissions of Inquiry Act 1908, and your complaint was a special investigation.
