11Constitution of Defence Force

  1. There is hereby constituted the New Zealand Defence Force, which shall comprise—

  2. the Armed Forces of New Zealand, being the armed forces raised and maintained under section 5; and
    1. the Civil Staff, being the persons appointed under section 61A.
      1. The armed forces raised and maintained under section 5 shall continue to comprise—

      2. the New Zealand Naval Forces; and
        1. the New Zealand Army; and
          1. the Royal New Zealand Air Force.
            1. The New Zealand Naval Forces shall consist of the following:

              1. the Royal New Zealand Naval Reserve:
