99Proclamations, etc

  1. All Proclamations, Orders in Council, and warrants relating to the Defence Force shall be deemed to be sufficiently notified to all persons whom they purport to affect by being published in the Gazette or, as the case may require, in Defence Force Orders.

  2. However, if the instrument is secondary legislation, it is deemed to be sufficiently notified to all persons whom it purports to affect by being published under the Legislation Act 2019.
