63Obligation to notify vacancies

  1. Where the Chief of Defence Force intends to fill a position that is vacant or is to become vacant in the Civil Staff, the Chief of Defence Force shall, wherever practicable, notify the vacancy or prospective vacancy in a manner sufficient to enable suitably qualified persons to apply for the position.
