104Application of Public Finance Act 1989

  1. The provisions of the Public Finance Act 1989, so far as they are applicable and with any necessary modifications, shall apply to the Defence Force as if—

  2. the Defence Force were a department within the meaning of that Act; and
    1. the Chief of Defence Force were the chief executive of the department within the meaning of that Act.
