91Annual report

  1. As soon as practicable after the end of each financial year, the Chief of Defence Force must, in accordance with section 43 of the Public Finance Act 1989, prepare a report on—

  2. the operations of the Defence Force for that financial year; and
    1. any other matters that the Chief of Defence Force considers to affect the operations of the Defence Force.
