  1. The applicant group applying for a recognition order must serve the application on—

  2. the local authorities that have statutory functions in the area of the common marine and coastal area to which the application relates; and
    1. any local authority that has statutory functions in the area adjacent to the area of the common marine and coastal area to which the application relates; and
      1. the Solicitor-General on behalf of the Attorney-General; and
        1. any other person who the Court considers is likely to be directly affected by the application.
