127Amendment to section 7 of Conservation Act 1987

  1. This section amends the Conservation Act 1987.

  2. Section 7 of the Conservation Act 1987 is amended by inserting the following subsection after subsection (1A):

  3. In the case of land that is foreshore within the common marine and coastal area, the Minister may declare, by notice in the Gazette describing the land, that the land is held for conservation purposes.
