8Rights and obligations under international law not affected

  1. To avoid doubt, this Act does not affect—

  2. the sovereignty of New Zealand under international law over the marine and coastal area, including the airspace above it; or
    1. the rights and obligations of New Zealand under international law pursuant to that sovereignty; or
      1. the provisions in any other enactment relating to any such rights and obligations under international law.
