123Relationship between local Acts and this Act

If a provision of a local Act is inconsistent with a provision of this Act, the provision of this Act prevails.
Despite subsection (1), to the extent that there is any conflict between this Act and the following Acts, those Acts prevail over this Act:
the Timaru Harbour Board Act 1876 Amendment Act 1881:
the Timaru Harbour Board Reclamation and Empowering Act 1980:
the Wellington Harbour Board and Wellington City Council Vesting and Empowering Act 1987.
