112Right of appeal against decision of Court

  1. A party to a proceeding under this subpart who is dissatisfied with a decision of the Court may appeal to the Court of Appeal on a matter of fact or law.

  2. In relation to a proceeding under this subpart, the Crown—

  3. may lodge an appeal on a matter of fact or law (whether or not it was a party to the proceedings in the Court) and must be treated as a party to the appeal; or
    1. may apply to be an intervener in the proceedings.
      1. An appeal made under this section must be commenced by notice of appeal, given in accordance with the Court of Appeal (Civil) Rules 2005.
