Administration - Infringement offences

126C: When infringement notice may be issued

You could also call this:

“The boss can give you a special ticket if they think you've broken a small rule”

If the chief executive thinks you might be breaking a rule or have already broken a rule under this law, they can give you an infringement notice. An infringement notice is like a warning or a fine for not following the rules. The chief executive needs to have good reasons to believe you’ve done something wrong before they can give you this notice.
