66L: Tenant’s liability for damage caused by others
or “A tenant is responsible for damage caused by their guests in a boarding house, unless they can prove otherwise.”

You could also call this:

“When you move out of a boarding house, you must leave, take your stuff, clean up, give back keys, and leave the landlord's things behind.”

When your tenancy in a boarding house ends, you have several responsibilities. You must leave the premises completely. This means you need to take all your belongings with you. You should clean your boarding room so it’s reasonably tidy and clean. Don’t forget to remove all rubbish from your room.

You also need to return any keys, security cards, or other devices that the landlord gave you to use during your stay. Lastly, you should leave behind any items that the landlord provided for tenants to use in the boarding house. These might include furniture or appliances that were there when you moved in.

Remember, these actions help ensure a smooth transition for the next tenant and maintain a good relationship with your landlord.
