You could also call this:

“People who help run the court and do important paperwork for cases”

The law says that every Registrar and Deputy Registrar of the District Court is also a Registrar of the Tribunal. The Ministry of Justice can also choose other employees to be Registrars of the Tribunal, even if they don’t work for the District Court.

Registrars have important jobs to do. They need to make sure the Tribunal has all the office support it needs to work well. They also have to set up a good system for filing and handling all the papers and documents that people need to submit. Registrars arrange when cases will be heard by the Tribunal. They also do all the usual jobs that a registrar does in a court.

The head of the Ministry of Justice can tell a Registrar to give a job to another Registrar. This can be for all jobs or just for specific ones.
