or “People who help run the court and do important paperwork for cases”

You could also call this:

“The Tribunal has a special stamp to make important documents official”

The Tribunal has its own seal. This seal is used to stamp important documents. The seal can be put on papers physically or electronically.

You might see the seal on documents that need to be officially sealed. Sometimes, a Tenancy Adjudicator might choose to put the seal on other papers too.

The head of the Ministry of Justice decides what the seal looks like. They can change its design if they want to.

All courts must recognise this seal. It’s considered official for any purpose it’s used for.
