12BExperience and knowledge of board members

  1. When recommending a person for membership of the board, the Minister must have regard to the need for board members to collectively have knowledge of, and experience in relation to,—

  2. the Oranga Tamariki system; and
    1. quality assurance; and
      1. data governance.

        1. This section does not limit sections 29 and 30 of the Crown Entities Act 2004.
